Wardrobe Styling Coordinator (Fashion)

Location: Beverly Hills, CA, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Manage stylist kits, closet inventory, samples, filler items, accessories, and shoes.
• Order items from distribution centers and the sample library, expedite packages when needed, and coordinate orders with buying and styling teams.
• Pull, unpack, organize, scan, and track samples using the scanner program and NetSuite.
• Prepare shot lists, inventory sheets, outfit racks, styling kits, suitcases, and shoot transportation materials.
• Supervise editorial packing and unpacking, set up styling areas, steam garments, and maintain correct hangers for accurate credits and returns.
• Finalize editorial and collection shot sheets, coordinate with Creative, Retouching, Content, and Site Merchandising, and return samples to the correct departments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a styling assistant on editorial and e-commerce fashion shoots.
• Technical styling knowledge, including cuts, proportions, and shape.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, current items, accessories, and forward styling.
• Ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and responsive while reprioritizing in an energetic environment.
• Understanding of the global fashion landscape, photography, design trends, and innovation.
• Fluent English is listed as an advantage; the role requires onsite work in Beverly Hills.
