Senior Analytics Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and LATAM

Salary: LATAM $86K–$116K; US $145K–$192K; Canada $138K–$169K, plus equity

What you will do

• Own scalable, client-facing data transformations across multiple integrations and customers.
• Design and evolve data integrity tests with Engineering and Customer Success.
• Partner with Customer Success to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot issues, and build robust transformations.
• Refactor and optimize critical data models and pipelines, defining reusable engineering patterns.
• Use AI to accelerate, improve, and document transformation work.
• Improve code quality, reviews, developer experience, and team processes.

Requirements

• End-to-end experience owning transformation pipelines for financial or operational data.
• Strong SQL and experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework.
• Experience with version control, testing, and deployment practices.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions across the data pipeline and work independently through ambiguity.
• Strong focus on code quality, data integrity, performance, and documentation.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; experience coaching others and contributing to hiring and onboarding.

Nice to have

• Experience working with financial data.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, Airbyte, Fivetran, Merge, Datadog, and CI/CD for dbt.
