TL;DR
BIM Manager (Revit/Computational Design): Establishing and governing BIM standards, digital design workflows, and model-based delivery across residential development, manufacturing, and construction with an accent on Revit library management, DfMA, and computational design integration. Focus on coordinating multidisciplinary models, integrating Rhino, Grasshopper, and Rhino.Inside.Revit, and building seamless model-to-factory workflows.

hirify.global is developing an integrated design, manufacturing, and construction platform for medium- and high-density residential developments in Australia, supported by advanced manufacturing and DfMA.

What you will do

  • Establish and continuously improve BIM standards, protocols, workflows, and model governance across the project portfolio.
  • Develop and manage Revit libraries, parametric content, standardized components, and other digital assets.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project models and information exchange across architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and delivery teams.
  • Drive model-based collaboration between design, manufacturing, and construction functions.
  • Integrate Rhino, Grasshopper, and Rhino.Inside.Revit into project workflows and support DfMA and modular delivery.
  • Mentor project teams, improve model quality and compliance, and identify opportunities to automate design and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven BIM Management experience across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong experience managing Revit libraries, BIM assets, internal intellectual property, standardized content, and supplier coordination.
  • Experience establishing and improving BIM standards, protocols, technical libraries, project templates, families, components, and model instances.
  • Advanced Revit capability and experience with associated digital delivery platforms.
  • Rhino.Inside.Revit experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM execution planning, model governance, and information management, ideally aligned with ISO 19650 principles.

Nice to have

  • Background in computational design, digital engineering, design technology, industrialized construction, or design automation.
  • Experience with advanced manufacturing and model-based delivery.
