TL;DR
Senior BIM Coordinator (BIM): Developing, coordinating, and optimizing multidisciplinary Building Information Models for complex construction projects with an accent on clash detection, model federation, and compliance with BIM standards and Saudi Arabian building codes. Focus on integrating structural, MEP, and architectural systems, resolving coordination issues, and mentoring junior BIM coordinators.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; onsite role

What you will do
- Develop, manage, and maintain multidisciplinary BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent platforms.
- Lead clash detection, model federation, issue tracking, and coordination between structural, MEP, and architectural systems.
- Establish and improve BIM standards, naming conventions, modeling guidelines, and coordination workflows.
- Generate technical documentation, construction drawings, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure deliverables meet project specifications, contractual obligations, timelines, and Saudi Arabian building regulations.
- Lead coordination meetings, collaborate with project managers and stakeholders, and mentor junior BIM coordinators.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in BIM coordination, structural engineering, MEP coordination, or related architecture, engineering, and construction roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks or equivalent BIM software.
- Expertise in BIM coordination workflows, clash detection, model federation, and multidisciplinary integration.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols, including ISO 19650 or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of structural engineering, MEP systems, building codes, construction practices, sequencing, scheduling, and contract management.
- Engineering diploma, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building standards, regulations, and local construction practices.
- BIM-related certifications or professional credentials.
- Experience with Solibri, Synchro, or similar BIM platforms.
