BIM Modeler (Revit)

What you will do

• Create accurate 3D BIM models and produce plans, sections, elevations, details, and technical drawings.
• Manage sheet sets, revisions, markups, plotting, and documentation in line with company standards.
• Set up, geo-locate, and coordinate multiple models within a single project.
• Support BIM workflows, quality control, model exchanges, and delivery across multiple disciplines.
• Create 3D views and renderings for project and marketing use.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, architects, builders, and consultants on modeling content and project requirements.

Requirements

• Related degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Experience with Revit Structure and AutoCAD Architecture, including supporting technologies.
• Strong understanding of 3D parametric modeling and intelligent structural component modeling.
• Working knowledge of drawing production, standard construction techniques, rendering, and graphic formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities independently.
• Experience with Revit Architecture, MEP coordination, Rhino, Grasshopper, Tekla, and BIM platform data exchanges is preferred.
