Business Operations Manager, Ops AI & Tooling (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, California, or Bellevue, Washington, United States

Salary: $176,000–$231,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and own the operational tooling strategy, roadmap, intake, prioritization, and release plans.
• Design and build internal business planning and operating tools with Business Planning and Commercial Operations.
• Automate staffing, planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
• Design and deploy AI agents and GenAI-powered workflows for anomaly detection, staffing intelligence, predictive forecasting, and automated summaries.
• Architect integrations and process orchestration across PSA, CRM, planning, and BI systems.
• Drive tool adoption, standards, usage measurement, portfolio optimization, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience for IC4 or 10+ years for IC5 in business operations, operations tooling or systems, revenue operations, or professional services operations.
• Experience designing and shipping internal operational tools, workflow automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Hands-on experience integrating systems such as Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, Smartsheet, and BI tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and coding or coding agents for problem-solving.
• Fluency with GenAI and LLMs for operational workflow automation and insight generation.
• Expertise in workflow design, systems architecture, data governance, communication, and cross-functional leadership. A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
