Thermal Engineering Internship (Spring or Summer 2027)

hirify.global is a fast-growing aerospace startup manufacturing satellite buses at scale through software, vertical integration, and manufacturing-focused hardware.

What you will do

• Learn and apply thermal analysis methods for satellite buses and payloads.
• Perform hands-on testing to produce data that improves analysis accuracy.
• Participate in assembly and inspections of flight buses and payloads.
• Support TVAC functional testing and launch activities.
• Complete an assigned project with guidance from a dedicated mentor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work in person in Los Angeles, California.
• Spring interns must be able to pause or adjust academic commitments for the duration of the 12-week program.
