Information Security Compliance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite work and up to two work-from-home days per week after training, subject to eligibility.

What you will do

• Learn and analyze regulatory, contractual, and legislative requirements affecting company technology.
• Coordinate cybersecurity assessments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support security awareness initiatives for associates.
• Provide guidance on industry-standard cybersecurity requirements.
• Track ongoing activities supporting security and compliance goals.

Requirements

• Strong critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to organize and maintain records.
• Ability to drive tasks and think creatively and strategically.
• Interest in learning new and emerging technology.
• Technology education or certifications, enterprise IT experience, and security regulatory experience are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO, or PCI-DSS security frameworks.
