Bilingual Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; remote work with frequent travel to customer sites across Canada and company-paid training in the United States. Requires relocation within Canada after successful completion of training.

Salary: $60,000 per year

What you will do

• Complete a 12-month outside sales training program.
• Travel to the United States for company-paid training 15–25% of the time.
• Ride along with field Sales Professionals at customer locations 50–70% of the time.
• Assist customer service and installation teams with product demonstrations, setup, and customer support.
• Learn dealership operations, customer use of the software, and the sales process.
• Transition to a Sales Professional role with responsibility for an assigned territory and monthly and annual sales quotas.

Requirements

• Perfectly bilingual in French and English to communicate with clients outside Quebec.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Ability to travel overnight within Canada up to 80–100% during training.
• Willingness to relocate within Canada after completing the training program.
• Current valid passport and ability to travel to the United States for company-paid training.
• Ability to understand and work with PC-based products.
