VBDC Agent (Automotive Sales)

Location: Remote - Canada

Salary range: CAD 65,500–80,250 annually. Base salary: CAD 48,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for web customers interested in new or used vehicles.
• Understand customer needs and encourage customers to visit a dealership.
• Achieve and exceed customer service, sales, call-duration, and other performance objectives.
• Communicate professionally by phone and email.
• Complete additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• At least three years of sales experience and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Bilingual English and French communication skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to produce engaging, thoughtful, and relevant content.
• Initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align teams toward common goals.
• Automotive industry knowledge and expertise.
