Cardiovascular Specialist, Health and Science Professional (Cardiovascular Sales)

Location: United States, Michigan; remote role with responsibility for the Ann Arbor territory. Candidates must live within 25 miles of the territory border and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual base salary: $76,000–$199,600, plus a quarterly sales incentive bonus.

A global biopharmaceutical company developing therapies intended to improve patient health, including treatments in cardiovascular medicine.

What you will do

• Drive sales across the assigned cardiovascular territory.
• Engage healthcare customers face to face and through virtual channels.
• Develop and execute territory call plans and live or virtual engagement strategies.
• Build customer relationships and educate providers on approved branded and unbranded product and disease-state information.
• Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to customer inquiries, and complete administrative responsibilities compliantly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, healthcare/scientific work, education, entrepreneurship, or full-time military service.
• Residence within 25 miles of the territory border; residence within the territory boundaries is preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards.
• Customer, market, and business acumen; analytical, communication, teamwork, and territory management skills.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• One year of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical sales, or medical marketing experience.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular disease states, therapeutic areas, products, and posted-territory customers and markets.
• Demonstrated sales or marketing success, leadership, accountability, and teamwork.
