Talent Acquisition Partner - Temporary (1 year)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a rapidly growing R&D business unit.
• Develop scalable sourcing and hiring strategies with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze recruiting data and provide insights for hiring decisions, processes, and strategy.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives focused on candidate experience, diversity, employer branding, and EVP creation.
• Organize meetups, technology events, panels, webinars, and other recruiting projects.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience in a high-tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong analytical, communication, creative-thinking, and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and operate in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools for recruiting, sourcing, and daily productivity.
