Training Coordinator I

What you will do

• Provide tactical and strategic operational support for training-related events.
• Coordinate live training logistics, including rooms, equipment, and facilities coordination.
• Upload training content and live event information to the learning management system.
• Manage administrative, scheduling, and coordination needs for the training team.
• Track priorities, follow up with team members, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; the area of study is open.
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning, event coordination, or training coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of the Google Drive suite.
• Ability to create Excel formulas, perform VLOOKUPs, and build pivot tables.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, flexible, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Nice to have

• Experience with a learning management system, preferably Intellum.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
