Salary: $114,960–$172,440 per year

What you will do

  • Lead mechanical engineering and design activities across multiple complex projects.
  • Develop conceptual mechanical designs and evaluate alternatives for constructability, performance, reliability, maintenance, cost, and environmental impact.
  • Prepare scopes of work, equipment specifications, data sheets, equipment lists, work plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Manage scope changes, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, process, and construction teams, vendors, subcontractors, site personnel, and clients.
  • Review drawings, calculations, and technical specifications; apply a PE stamp when authorized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • At least 10 years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
  • At least 6 years of direct EPCm industry experience.
  • Experience developing mechanical equipment specifications and integrated equipment skid specifications.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software, Microsoft Office, equipment cost estimating, vendor management, analytical problem-solving, and technical communication.
  • Ability to work regularly at the company office or work site and withstand field conditions, including heat, cold, noise, fumes, and gases.
