OPEX Site Lead

Location: Pennsville, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and deploy the site operational excellence strategy in alignment with site and global priorities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the OPEX project portfolio, from idea generation through sustainability.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead value stream mapping, root cause problem solving, cost reduction, and performance review routines.
• Train and coach employees and leaders in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, and/or consulting.
• Experience with Lean production systems such as TPS, IWS, or WCM.
• Strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise, project and program management skills, and analytical decision-making ability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, change management, and matrix-influence skills.
• Work at the Pennsville, New Jersey site.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Minitab, CMMS, or similar analytical and operational tools.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments with SHE and cGMP requirements.
• Practical application of Lean tools.
