Senior Analyst, Facilities Management

Location: Always based at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annually, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Ensure work areas are secured, cleaned, and maintained in line with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate merchandise flow from trucks to designated Layout Center areas.
• Support buyers and suppliers during merchandise setup, review, tracking, and documentation.
• Oversee associate schedules, performance, training, confidentiality, and payroll information.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service-level agreements, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Validate expenditures, review invoices, monitor warranty reimbursements, and provide guidance for facility improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or two years of relevant facilities, construction, engineering, or related experience.
• Expertise in facility operations, safety standards, and hazardous materials guidelines.
• Experience with performance improvement, coaching, and mentoring associates.
• Proficiency in procurement and vendor relationship management.
• Advanced Excel formula skills for data analysis, reporting, and budget decisions.
• Strong communication, ethical judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience.
• Forklift operator certification.
