Senior Manager, Automation Engineering (Supply Chain Automation)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 805 Respect, Bentonville, AR 72716

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead system design, integration, and business case development for new facilities and retrofit projects.
• Use data analysis, statistical methods, and visualization tools to generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges through cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and implementation activities.
• Drive workflow analysis, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee financial evaluations and ensure projects meet return-on-investment targets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in distribution system design, automation integration, and project management in complex operational environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop business cases and perform financial analyses to recommend solutions and alternatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, visualization tools, risk assessment, and contingency planning.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering.
