Process Maintenance Technician I (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Improve the performance and reliability of process equipment.
• Restore equipment function and perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Operate, monitor, and control assigned equipment, systems, and processes.
• Participate in event response and reliability improvement projects.
• Record and review production data in batch production records and associated forms.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements while supporting process operations.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or a relevant field.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus at least two years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to work on foot for up to 12-hour shifts and move equipment or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds.
• Ability to work around hazardous materials, loud noise, elevated heights, confined spaces, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to pass a powered industrial truck driving exam; a driver’s license is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry.
• Knowledge of compressed air, electromechanical controls, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, or robotics systems.
• Experience with SAP, automated records systems, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Computer literacy and experience coordinating planned and corrective maintenance activities.
