Salary: $84,490–$106,620 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage daily production schedules based on customer demand, inventory, staffing, equipment availability, and plant capacity.
• Monitor production performance, adjust priorities, and communicate updates with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Lead shift communications and provide day-to-day supervision on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinate maintenance, minimize downtime, and maintain staffing coverage.
• Enforce safety policies, support audits and investigations, resolve quality issues, and maintain production documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and support employee training, development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of operations experience.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations is preferred.
• Work onsite at the Denver, Colorado facility.
