Manager, Project and Construction (Construction Management)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead project and construction management activities through timely and on-budget completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement processes, and change orders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and external partners to resolve project issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, cost estimates, progress reports, and accurate records.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, compliance, risks, and contingency plans.
• Support operational transitions and continuous improvement through construction management best practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in project or construction management, operations, or operations management.
• Experience overseeing project budgets and schedules.
• Skills in stakeholder and relationship management, procurement, change orders, cost estimation, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating information across teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Cross-functional project management experience.
• Associate degree in Construction Management.
