Engineering Senior Manager, Project and Construction Management (Warehousing)

Location: NEMC North East Mix Center, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop optimum scope and best-value solutions for capital projects.
• Determine the selection and configuration of technologies needed to achieve product throughput targets.
• Deliver project capital and savings goals while mitigating business risks.
• Lead concept development, scope definition, design, and delivery through the Engineering Work Process.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality assurance, finance, and contractor stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of project, construction, or facilities engineering experience with team leadership.
• Experience executing major capital projects valued above $50 million.
• Technical mastery of leading-edge warehousing technologies, including automated guided vehicles, auto layer picking, and automated storage retrieval systems.
• Experience with the Engineering Work Process and capital project delivery.
• Must meet applicable United States work authorization requirements; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
• BS degree in Construction Management.
• Project Management or Construction Management certification.
