Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $95,000–$131,000 annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Define Employer Solutions pricing strategy to improve revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to assess value drivers and competitive positioning.
• Translate complex pricing models into clear, sellable structures and support pricing enablement and communication.
• Advise on quoting tools, deal desk parameters, and operational processes to make pricing scalable.
• Guide Sales and Customer Success leadership on deal structuring for prospective and renewing employers.
• Coordinate deadlines and expectations across Product, Finance, Clinical Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or another relevant quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning and analysis, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
• Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and financial modeling for business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex financial data to leadership and external clients.
• Ability to manage unstructured problems, competing priorities, and cross-functional deliverables.

Nice to have

• Salesforce experience.
• Experience with B2B or B2B2C products and solutions.
• Healthcare or benefits strategy background.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
