Finance Business Partner

Location: Newark, New Jersey, United States; onsite, with hybrid or remote working options and occasional travel as required. Valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to assigned business units and partner with business leaders on strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Deliver performance reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, and KPI insights.
• Analyze revenue, costs, pricing, investments, profitability, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Support financial governance, risk mitigation, audits, process improvements, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5–8+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, data interpretation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Finance certification such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA.
