Senior Scientist (Protein Expression Sciences)

What you will do

• Apply mammalian expression technologies to generate regulatory-compliant stable antibody production cell lines.
• Perform aseptic cell culture, cell handling, and transfection.
• Conduct flow cytometry assays and operate Hamilton liquid-handling platforms to analyze stable cell lines.
• Perform PCR, RT-PCR, plasmid sub-cloning, genomic DNA and RNA isolation from CHO cells, SDS-PAGE, and western blotting.
• Design, conduct, and analyze multicolor flow cytometry experiments independently.
• Present data to team and department audiences while maintaining complete experimental records.

Requirements

• PhD with 0–3 years of postdoctoral experience, or BS/MS with 4–8 years of experience, in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture, flow cytometry, and antibody staining.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques including PCR and cloning.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Passion for innovation and developing new scientific directions.

Nice to have

• Experience with gene editing, lentivirus infections, CRISPR library workflows, and NGS.
