Operational Excellence / Production Systems Lead (Lean Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze factory SQCDP indicators and identify non-value-added activities and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Implement Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, 7-Step, and 5S practices across manufacturing operations.
• Improve material flow, operator work planning, machine capability, and production efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data while quantifying the value of improvement initiatives.
• Lead multiple cross-functional projects and drive the adoption of factory standards and standard work.
• Communicate improvement findings and results across operations and support functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Technical experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment and the ability to understand complex equipment, material flow, and data flow.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel macros.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States without restriction is required.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of industrial or process engineering experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
