Field Reimbursement Manager - Neurology (Great Lakes)

What you will do

• Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans supporting the launch of a rare disease therapy.
• Advise healthcare providers on coverage, coding, product acquisition, patient support services, and site-of-care decisions.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and collaborate with Patient Services on patient onboarding, therapy initiation, and ongoing treatment.
• Coordinate providers, specialty pharmacies, infusion sites, Sales, Account Directors, Medical, and other cross-functional partners.
• Help resolve prior authorizations, denials, appeals, payer restrictions, and other access barriers in accordance with company policies.
• Track payer policy, coding, distribution pathway, and launch changes while managing coverage across the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in biopharma reimbursement, market access, or field-based access roles in a matrix environment.
• At least two years of direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies; buy-and-bill experience is preferred.
• Experience with buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.
• Experience with rare diseases and product launches is strongly preferred.
• Field-based work in the Chicago metropolitan area and effective coverage of the assigned territory are required.
