Field Reimbursement Manager, Respiratory and Dermatology - New Brunswick, NJ

Location: Remote, US; 50% travel required depending on geography, with additional travel across the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay patient support, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and alternative funding programs.
• Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services and collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support healthcare office personnel with education on reimbursement processes, free-drug programs, financial assistance, prior authorization, and appeals.
• Develop and implement geographic business plans that support appropriate access to Dupixent.
• Maintain expertise in local and national payer landscapes, specialty pharmacy, and utilization management criteria.
• Conduct healthcare provider office visits as needed to resolve escalated issues compliantly and improve patient access outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix and co-promote environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and completion of required fleet safety training.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement and access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access.
