Product Owner (AI/SaaS): Translating K–12 customer workflows and pain points into markdown-based Vision Canvases and structured context that AI agents and developers use to build product features with an accent on customer empathy, precise requirements, and real-time validation. Focus on authoring agent tasks and acceptance criteria, validating AI-generated code and UI/UX, configuring product analytics dashboards, and shaping an agentic development methodology.

What you will do
- Develop deep understanding of K–12 customer workflows and translate user pain points into product decisions.
- Author and refine markdown-based Vision Canvases, agent tasks, acceptance criteria, and workflow logic.
- Collaborate in real time with developers, designers, and AI agents throughout the build cycle.
- Validate AI-generated code, UI/UX, documentation, and test cases before release.
- Work with Customer Success to identify and resolve product issues, and support launches and enablement.
- Configure product usage analytics dashboards and help mature the Full Stack Agentic Development methodology.
Requirements
- Experience translating customer understanding into product decisions in SaaS, B2B, product management, customer success, support, or an adjacent field.
- Proficiency with markdown or the ability to master it quickly for structured product development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to describe complex workflows, logic, and visual states precisely.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product design and decision-making.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapidly changing processes, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with workflow or service management platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC.
