Product Owner (AI)

Location: Findlay, Ohio; additional locations: Houston, Texas, and San Antonio, Texas.

What you will do

• Manage and deliver data product enhancements within an assigned enterprise domain.
• Translate business needs into prioritized backlog items, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and delivery increments.
• Engage stakeholders and data consumers to gather feedback and prioritize improvements.
• Coordinate planning and communication across BI development, data engineering, architecture, data science, and governance teams.
• Review completed work, resolve product issues, manage trade-offs, and monitor adoption and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant Product Owner experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams, backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience translating business requirements into product and data solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, reporting, analytics, and enterprise data management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile planning tools.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe POPM, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Energy industry or adjacent industry experience.
• Understanding of operational, commercial, financial, or enterprise data domains.
