TL;DR
Technical Product Owner (AI/eDiscovery): Supporting internally developed eDiscovery, data analytics, and AI/ML solutions by translating stakeholder needs into requirements, coordinating rollouts, and driving adoption with an accent on legal technology workflows, user experience, and continuous improvement. Focus on shaping development-ready documentation, coordinating feedback and enhancement tracking, and improving review efficiency through predictive coding and Generative AI-enabled workflows.
Location: Houston or Philadelphia, United States; hybrid in-office/remote schedule with an important in-office presence.

What you will do
- Support product vision, roadmap execution, feature intake, prioritization, and requirements gathering for eData and DAG Development solutions.
- Act as a liaison between legal teams, practice support, development, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, workflow notes, acceptance criteria, release documentation, and user guidance.
- Coordinate pilots, demos, onboarding, communications, adoption strategies, and post-launch feedback.
- Support eDiscovery, data analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI workflows, including predictive coding, summarization, privilege detection, and clustering.
- Use usage patterns and support feedback to improve review efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience in product management, product development, legal technology, eDiscovery, software development, or a related field.
- Technical fluency in software development concepts, data workflows, user experience, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools for issue tracking, documentation, project management, design, and product development.
- Working proficiency in HTML and CSS, with knowledge of UI/UX, accessibility, and usability principles.
- Understanding of eDiscovery workflows and platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw, DISCO, or similar solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Three to seven or more years of experience in product management, legal technology, or eDiscovery.
- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, AWS, Azure, and data pipelines.
- UX or ITIL certification.
