What you will do

• Conduct preliminary data analysis and solve routine analytics problems using established methods.
• Gather, prepare, and analyze datasets for business insights and executive presentations.
• Develop and test analytical models, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Support AI-driven tools for Seller Marketplace escalation and case management operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, implement solutions, and improve workflows.
• Monitor project progress, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field, or two years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and data analysis techniques.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience developing and applying analytical models to identify trends and insights.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboard creation, dataset preparation, cross-functional collaboration, and project planning.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, trust and safety, or related domains.
• Retail operations analytics and retail math, including margin, inventory turnover, and average price calculations.
