Training Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Burlington, Washington, United States; onsite

Salary: $95,169–$163,148 annual salary

What you will do

• Conduct training needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and maintain training documentation, SOPs, certifications, and qualification processes.
• Develop and implement training programs across manufacturing, technical, and support functions in partnership with department leaders.
• Direct site training activities covering regulatory, safety, quality, and technical requirements.
• Administer the Learning Management System and monitor training records and compliance.
• Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
• Develop onboarding and continuous-learning initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and employee capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, training, workforce development, quality, operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing, implementing, or coordinating training programs, qualification processes, or employee development initiatives.
• Experience administering or using an LMS and maintaining training and compliance documentation.
• Experience partnering with leaders across multiple departments to identify skill gaps and support workforce development.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and training management systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, qualifying temporary resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

• Experience developing training materials, SOPs, work instructions, or competency assessments.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.
