What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through line management and regular one-to-ones.
• Monitor shift delivery against operational plans and drive performance against key warehouse metrics.
• Ensure customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
• Maintain high site-safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, risk assessments, audits, and safety routines.
• Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and provide performance details and recovery plans when targets are missed.
• Support strategic initiatives, culture change, employee engagement, and turnover reduction.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential for people and change management.
• Good systems skills and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
• Customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilient, flexible, and approachable working style.
• Full-time work at the warehouse location in Mansfield, UK.
