Global Revenue Operations Analytics: Data Analyst Intern

Location: Remote United States or Longmont, Colorado, United States. Virtual employment is available in AL, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, and WY. Travel: None.

Salary: $22–$29.50 per hour. Benefits are based on a 24–40-hour-per-week schedule for a full calendar year.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs.
• Gather business requirements, identify gaps in existing reporting solutions, and explore enterprise datasets for deeper analysis.
• Design interactive static HTML dashboard prototypes and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Convert validated concepts into enterprise-ready Power BI solutions and maintain reporting, metrics, KPIs, and analytics for go-to-market functions.
• Analyze customer demand, market conditions, product performance, forecasting signals, operational metrics, and business trends.
• Validate data integrity and support reporting modernization, migration, automation, and business transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Informatics, or a related field, returning to school in fall 2027.
• Experience gathering data from large-scale data warehouses or data marts and working with customer-facing stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, PivotTables, and PivotCharts.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AgentBuilder, Graph APIs, Fabric, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience with business intelligence or ETL tools and open-source software or scripting such as Python or VBA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the storage industry, go-to-market activities, sales processes, and global businesses.
• Experience training LLM agents or Copilot and working with ML/AI Ops.
• Salesforce or other CRM proficiency.
• SAP or other ERP systems and process proficiency.
