Manager (Technology Consulting)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; hybrid work model with time split between home and office. Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $139,100–$151,000 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee small teams and manage relationships with multiple clients across industries.
• Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative technology solutions.
• Lead project planning and delivery across the SDLC, including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, risk management, and change control.
• Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of solutions across software engineering, cloud, data, AI, machine learning, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and career planning.
• Present to stakeholders, facilitate meetings, support recruiting, and contribute to learning and community initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with a strong foundation in application development.
• Background in technical or management consulting.
• Demonstrated technical project leadership, including planning, estimation, execution, issue and risk management, and resource allocation.
• Experience architecting complex technical solutions and communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience across all SDLC phases and Agile software development practices, with current leadership of technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience; legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
