What you will do

• Assemble, install, inspect, and troubleshoot industrial turbine packages and related mechanical and electrical systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs, bills of material, and quality documentation.
• Perform tubing installation, torquing, rigging support, equipment alignment, and mechanical installation.
• Route and terminate cables, apply labels and grounding, and assemble junction boxes.
• Operate hand tools, precision measuring devices, torque equipment, lifting devices, and specialized tools.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams while identifying process improvements and supporting team training.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience using power tools and equipment for troubleshooting, repair, or installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work any shift; first- and second-shift schedules are available.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience in mechanical assembly, industrial manufacturing, power-generation equipment, heavy equipment, aerospace, oil and gas, military maintenance, or related technical fields.
• Experience with rigging, tubing, electrical terminations, torque tooling, or industrial systems.
