Sr Analyst, MO Trade Operations IPS

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Onsite role. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $52,800–$79,200 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Monitor trade posting and affirmation processes to ensure accurate allocation and delivery from counterparties.
• Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies between clients and counterparties.
• Manage cash flows associated with trades, transactions, and lifecycle events.
• Review corporate actions, dividends, and coupons for accurate position and P&L attribution.
• Review cash and position reconciliations.
• Handle multiple time-sensitive tasks independently while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Three years of industry experience in trade operations.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
