Supply Chain Planning Co-Op

Location: Bloomington, MN, United States; onsite, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Salary: $20-$30 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Partner with Supply Network Planners and Planning Leadership to document, review, and improve planning processes across business units.
• Analyze workflows to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work.
• Maintain playbooks, process documentation, standard operating procedures, and process maps.
• Develop standardized reporting templates, KPI definitions, and planning metrics.
• Assess planning data quality and support data accuracy, governance, and usability initiatives.
• Research automation and continuous improvement opportunities, while supporting a centralized planning knowledge repository.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or MBA program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, part-time roles, or full-time employment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience documenting processes, creating standard work, or supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must be available for 40 hours per week from January through June and must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

• Expected graduation in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
