Senior Analyst - Spend Management Analytics

Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Analyze purchase order line-item data to assess dataset completeness and identify missing spend.
• Cleanse, validate, and correct inaccurate supply and contracting data.
• Build cross-references using national contracts, databases, pricing information, and benchmark data.
• Customize client analyses and reporting to support purchasing and contracting decisions.
• Interpret results and communicate insights through clear, data-driven storytelling.
• Coordinate project schedules, workloads, client price-file uploads, data requests, and partner communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an analytical role.
• Experience with healthcare supply chain or clinical data is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, and VBA is preferred.
