Bulky Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations for bulky and irregularly shaped goods.
• Design warehouse layouts, material-handling procedures, and inventory strategies to improve space utilization and reduce product damage.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, forklift operators, and manual handlers while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, conduct inventory and process audits, and implement corrective actions and best practices.
• Coordinate with transportation, inventory, and customer service teams to streamline the bulky-goods supply chain.
• Manage equipment maintenance and use WMS and inventory-control technologies to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive warehouse management experience, including at least 3 years managing bulky or large-item operations.
• Experience optimizing warehouse processes, improving efficiency, and reducing operational costs.
• Knowledge of WMS, inventory-control software, material-handling equipment, and applicable safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
