What you will do
- Act as the main interface between internal customers, suppliers, and procurement stakeholders.
- Manage supplier deliveries, order books, inventory levels, material flows, and operational performance KPIs.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions, escalation management, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution with suppliers and transversal departments.
- Support new product introduction, change request evaluation, planning and inventory boards, and improvement projects.
- Manage non-conformity containment and perform quality inspections through product delivery, including software where applicable.
- Analyze delays and prioritize urgent actions to support assembly lines, customer support, retrofit activities, and logistics-flow improvements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in industrial or aeronautical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in quality and/or a design office close to the product.
- Experience with the MRTT or A400M programme in the relevant departments.
- Advanced English required.
- Knowledge of supplier performance management, quality inspections, inventory control, risk management, and export-control licensing for hardware deliveries.
