Additive Manufacturing Supplies Planning and Fulfilment (3D Printing)

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with home office and office work depending on role functions.

What you will do

• Manage demand planning activities for 3D supplies across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate supply planning with regional sales teams and hirify.global manufacturing teams.
• Analyze inventory, availability, cost, backlog, order fulfillment, import/export, and shipping metrics.
• Collect regional demand data and produce reports, dashboards, and executive review documents.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve operational performance.
• Communicate planning requirements and guidelines to regional and global business unit teams.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 0–2 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Mastery in English and the local language is required.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, KPIs, demand and supply matching, MRP, and ATP.
• Analytical, data modeling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and SAP S4 ERP knowledge.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
