What you will do
- Oversee finished-goods stock control, order processing, delivery programs, loading, and customer deliveries.
- Maintain accurate daily EDI integration and keep stock control systems updated.
- Coordinate, evaluate, and respond to customer claims.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics providers across road, rail, air, and sea transport.
- Arrange urgent and high-value freight while managing customer transport costs.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports, sales forecasts, customer logistics protocols, and supply chain solutions.
Requirements
- University degree or technical school degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive logistics.
- Experience with customer portals and communication systems.
- Fluent Spanish and English required.
- Ability to support quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, ISO TS processes, and warehouse safety standards.
Nice to have
- A third European language, especially French or German.
