Team Leader Project Supply Management

Location: Madrid Area, Airbus CRISA in Tres Cantos, Spain

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Project Supply Management team within the Procurement and Supply Chain department.
• Represent Procurement in front of Programs and Sales, consolidating deliverables, dashboards, risks, claims, changes, costs, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate sourcing, tender evaluation, supplier selection, negotiation, and procurement approaches for projects and proposals.
• Draft, negotiate, execute, and analyze procurement and commercial contracts, including dispute-related matters.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor activities, including equipment and unit tester manufacturing, while ensuring delivery on quality, schedule, and cost.
• Drive lean improvement, business transformation, knowledge sharing, safety, compliance, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Spanish and English at negotiation level are required.
• At least two years of direct people-management experience and familiarity with leadership methods aligned with the Airbus Leadership Model.
• Experience in procurement, legal, or commercial activities, including drafting and negotiating procurement or commercial contracts.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers, including supplier management, subcontracting, export control, change processes, invoicing, payments, and dispute resolution.
• Project management experience and knowledge of SAP.
