Annual salary: $120,000–$155,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the outsourced MSP relationship and junior IT staff, overseeing service delivery rather than handling tickets directly.
• Support IT operations across multiple company sites and maintain consistent standards and service quality.
• Oversee hardware, software, networks, enterprise applications, laptops, and device provisioning.
• Ensure end-user support runs smoothly and handle escalations when needed.
• Lead rollouts, vendor transitions, migrations, and site setup projects on time and within budget.
• Build effective working relationships with business and clinical teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of IT operations experience.
• Experience managing an outsourced MSP or vendors and junior IT staff.
• Experience operating IT across multiple company sites or locations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects end to end, on time and on budget.
• Ability to manage outcomes through vendors or a team rather than performing technical work personally.
