CRT Order Processor

What you will do

• Process and manage customer orders in hirify.global systems, validating pricing, configurations, approvals, and documentation.
• Monitor orders through the fulfillment lifecycle and identify delays, inventory constraints, and other exceptions.
• Coordinate order changes, cancellations, returns, credits, replacements, and delivery-related activities.
• Investigate and resolve shipment, invoicing, inventory, and system issues while escalating critical cases appropriately.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, vendors, and other internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve operational workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, higher secondary education, equivalent work experience, or demonstrated competence.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, process discipline, accountability, and quality focus.
• Stakeholder management, cross-functional teamwork, customer focus, and effective communication.
• Root cause analysis, decision-making, risk identification, and escalation management.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, work under pressure, and resolve complex operational issues.
