Focus on optimizing high-volume order workflows, resolving order blocks and complaints, supporting performance metrics, and serving as a subject matter expert for SAP and CRM processes.
Location: Costa Rica — AFZ, Heredia; office presence required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional days as needed.

What you will do
- Manage customer accounts and orders from receipt through delivery, including order entry, confirmations, changes, cancellations, returns, complaints, quotes, and documentation.
- Resolve order blocks and customer issues while coordinating with finance, credit, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain planning, technical, commercial, and pricing teams.
- Monitor and improve customer service metrics, key performance indicators, order workflows, and streamlined processes such as returns or master data management.
- Provide proactive account updates to customers and sales representatives and support inside-sales activities, including order solicitation, price negotiation, and systems entry.
- Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes, perform user acceptance testing, prepare reports, and support continuous-improvement projects.
- Back up the Team Lead, provide account coverage during staffing gaps and implementations, support disaster-recovery operations, and mentor other employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in order management and/or supply chain roles.
- Unrestricted right to work for in Costa Rica.
- B2+ English proficiency and written and spoken Spanish proficiency.
- Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution or CRM modules.
- Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, issue diagnosis, and resolution skills.
