Order Management and Fulfillment Advisor (SAP)

Location: Hybrid in Heredia, Costa Rica; office attendance required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at AFZ, with additional days as needed.

hirify.global is a chemical manufacturing company with a Polyurethanes division.

What you will do

• Manage customer accounts, orders, returns, cancellations, complaints, quotes, documentation requests, and order data.
• Coordinate chemical product transportation with logistics providers, optimizing schedules, routes, delivery times, and costs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery processes in SAP and monitor fulfillment against customer requirements.
• Resolve order blocks, transportation issues, escalations, and customer concerns with Finance, Credit, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Track and improve customer service metrics, including order-entry and confirmation times, order changes, cancellations, and fulfillment volume.
• Support the team as a subject matter expert, backup for the Team Lead, mentor, report owner, and contributor to testing and process-improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a technical field completed or in progress, with 2+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a high school diploma with 4+ years of Order Management or Supply Chain experience.
• Unrestricted right to work for hirify.global in Costa Rica.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• English and Spanish written and spoken proficiency.
• Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution or CRM modules.
• Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, communication, analytical thinking, decision-making, and issue-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• SAP B1 experience.
• Manufacturing or a similar industry experience.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Experience with transportation management systems.
