Manager, Supply Execution & Inventory Optimization

Location: Corporate office in The Woodlands, Texas; the role also supports operations in San Jose, Costa Rica. Candidates based in Costa Rica are expected to work from the AFZ, Heredia office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional office days possible based on business needs. Unrestricted right to work in the United States or Costa Rica is required.

What you will do

• Maintain end-to-end visibility of inventory across regions, sites, and planning groups.
• Manage inventory roll-forward projections, reconciliation activities, and the 0–3 month execution horizon.
• Identify excess inventory, slow-moving stock, shortages, and risks affecting service, working capital, and customer performance.
• Prepare S&OE reviews, inventory materials, KPI reporting, dashboards, trend analysis, and root-cause insights.
• Coordinate mitigation plans with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, and Site Supply Chain teams.
• Drive standardization, process improvements, SOP development, reporting automation, and digital supply chain transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in S&OP, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience with S&OE, S&OP/IBP processes, inventory management, service levels, and commercial priorities.
• Unrestricted right to work in the United States or Costa Rica.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, process improvement, and root-cause analysis skills.

Nice to have

• APICS certification or equivalent supply chain experience.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience supporting regional or global supply chain organizations.
• Experience with supply chain digital transformation, reporting automation, SAP enhancements, or advanced analytics.
