Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess patients and provide individualized physical therapy, including therapeutic exercise, activities, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Plan and execute goal-directed treatment programs for adolescent and adult outpatient patients.
• Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, occupational therapists, health coaches, medical assistants, and other professionals.
• Document patient services promptly in the electronic medical record and arrange appropriate follow-up care, screenings, and referrals.
• Support the client worksite through body mechanics education, ergonomics, injury prevention, safety information, wellness initiatives, and worksite assessments.
• Provide evidence-based resources and training for physical therapy staff and may supervise physical therapist assistants.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited university.
• Current license from the applicable state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• At least three years of experience working as a physical therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements and electronic medical record software in accordance with state, federal, and APTA guidelines.
• Outpatient experience with adolescent and adult populations.

Nice to have

• Ergonomic training, certification, or experience.
• Strong presentation skills and experience educating multiple levels within a client organization.
